A Development Project (or Project Instance) is a community or sub-division of new homes. It can also be a condominium development. When you set up a project in Bildhive, you're creating a dedicated space for all your sales and marketing activities for that specific development. Project subscriptions are designed to support both low-rise and high-rise projects, so whether you're building townhomes or high-rise condos, Bildhive can help you manage it.
Onboarding is required and will be billed automatically for first-time users of the platform. Our onboarding services team will help you onboard your first project to ensure that you and your team understand how to use each application within the platform. This way, you can set up your projects properly and productively from the start, rather than learning as you go. Think of it as personalized training to get your team up and running quickly.
You can pay using all major credit cards. When you sign up, you'll choose between monthly or annual billing. Your credit card will be charged automatically on the monthly or annual renewal date, so you don't have to worry about manual payments. This makes it easy to manage your subscription without any interruptions to your service.
Yes, you can switch to a different plan anytime. Simply go to the billing section in your account and select the plan that you want to switch to. Once confirmed, your account will be updated to reflect the plan you've selected. This means you can start with a smaller plan and upgrade as your needs grow, or adjust if your requirements change.
If your project goes over the monthly email sends included with your plan, your account will be automatically charged for the additional emails. Bildhive charges in blocks of 25,000 emails at $25 per month, calculated in real-time on a monthly basis. This means you only pay for what you use, and you won't have to worry about your emails being cut off mid-campaign.
A door fee is a one time processing support fee that is charged to your project subscription. Each project subscription is inclusive of 50 doors. Thereafter, a charge applies based on the number of doors to be processed and supported in your development project.
